Born in France, Avignon, Guillaume Dallara crosses the path of a mouthpiece starting the trumpet at the age of 6 years old.
Just like his parents, he rapidly develops an interest in music using his ears in the music conservatory created by his great grand-father Marius Gabriel IMBERT.
Pistons pumping, he enters the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional of Avignon where he obtains at the age of 15, the golden medal of trumpeting and three years later, his Diplôme d’Études Musicales, in Trumpet & Cornet.
His love of brass brings him to the Lyon region, to the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental of Villeurbanne where he obtains in 2007 his Diplôme d’Études Musicales in Trumpet.
Aside his trumpeting studies, he nourishes himself with other arts such as Drama and modern music (Slam, MAO, …), multiplying exchanges and encounters.
Participating in the creation of Ef-Fusions, group linking Jazz, Hip-hop, Funk regrouping 9 musicians (Trumpets, Trombone, Tuba, Saxophone, Bass, Platine / Effects, Percussion / Drums, Voice).
Although he doesn’t forget his classical bases and co-founds Aubade Ensemble & Cie, a quintet of brasses playing in many places in and around the Rhône-Alpes region.
With a desire of sharing and transmitting his knowledge, he enters the Centre de Formation à l’Enseignement de la Danse et de la Musique of Rhône-Alpes where he obtains in 2009 his Diplôme d’État in trumpet.
He very happily integrates the Communal Conservatory of Saint-Tropez and debuts sharing his passion for the trumpet. He has since lead many pedagogic experiences that allow him to reflect on the ways of educating Arts in Conservatories.
Next to his role of teacher, he co-founds Moonlight Whisper – Trump’ & Voice, a duo connecting Trumpet and Voice in a Jazz Lounge currently producing in and around the Golf of Saint-Tropez’s most luxurious places.
Guillaume Dallara is the winner of the national contest C.N.F.P.T d’Assistant Territorial Spécialisé d’Enseignement Artistique 2011, Soundpainter certified by Walter Thompson and François Jeanneau.
